Regardless of whether we are working with individual executives, professional employees, senior leadership ,Board member governance or are providing business coaching and development we have to keep firmly in mind the dynamics of the organizational culture, organizational systems, structures, processes, vision and corporate strategy direction. In order to have an overall successful, prosperous and healthy organization, we have to face a number of facts. First and foremost, whether we are addressing individuals, teams, divisions or the macro-organization, it is imperative that we are actively aware of the fact that all organizational systems and cultures have a rational side as well as an irrational side, where extremely important corporate dynamics work well below the surface and do not fit necessarily or well into a rational paradigm. Just as on an individual basis many of these non observable dynamics can potentially de-rail the success of an organization as a whole.

Well functioning professionals, executives, teams, senior leadership and the C-Suite and Board of governors must be fully aligned with their more macro and structural aspects of the architecture and strategic vision and direction of the organization.

It has been noted that when an organizational culture, systems and structures are functioning in a synergistic, healthy and high performance oriented manner that there will be a large myriad of benefits to the organization and its professionals, leaders, teams as a whole as well as to its internal and external key stakeholders.

As with all of our programs we follow a systems-psychodynamic philosophy and praxis. Our consultants are able to evaluate organizational enterprise on multiple systemic levels, render a diagnosis of specific problems, conflicts or negative dynamics and make specifically targeted and relevant intervention recommendations.

Over the years, we have come to recognize that within the context of a systems – psychodynamic framework, that organizations typically have a formal and observable side that functions in a rational manner. We have also come to observe that each organization has a less than observable “shadow” that operates well bellow the observable “water line” - an aspect that unless effectively diagnosed and worked through can torpedo what otherwise might be an effective organizational structure, system and strategic directions and overall corporate performance.

Our work at PNEUMA allows us to effectively evaluate, diagnose and intervene relative to ”whole organization” performance issues, processes and dynamics. We serve organisations interntionally in Ottawa, Toronto, New York, Miami, London, Zurich.
